Well Jude is definitely as hot as ever and I do love Luce, but she really annoyed me at one point and I wanted to yell at her what was she thinking. I think this book had more ups and downs than the first . I could see the initial angst coming, but wasn't prepared for all the ups and downs to follow, every time I thought things would work out and I felt relieved, I turn the page and my relief was short lived! An enjoyable Sunday morning read.
I realise Im going to be in the minority with this one, but this book just didnt work for me. I was so excited when I knew we were getting another chance to read about Jude and Lucy. On par with book 1. Lucy is still one aggravating heroine. I like the idea of the story, but some of the execution is exasperating. I'll read book 3 because...why not? I've completed Books 1 & 2.
Hmmm... I'll admit that the first book took me by surprise, it was really nice despite some editorial mistakes which were editorial so I tried not to be judgemental. This one had some, too.. But that's not why I gave this 2 stars.. What made me give this 2 stars is mainly the fact that the storyline in this one was not as thick as it was in the first one. I could have done without reading this book, and still be pleased with just the first one.What I'm trying to say is that this was not as good
