I read this book to complete my Booknerds Reading Challenge for 2019 - a book published in the year of my birth, 1975. Overall it was pretty boring. I do believe, however, that it changed the way we as a society talk about near death experiences. I think that because Moody states over and over again that one way he knows the subjects he spoke with have consistent experiences is that they went through the same events in their near deaths as each other.
