A life that might happen when you just want to fit in, but you don't really. Very melancholic book, about choices or the lack thereof, destiny and friendship. Not as much rock-and-roll as the front blurb promises but then that wasn't really required. I loved it, even when I found it getting a bit tedious and constructed in the final stages. Definitely a good read, and the first book I read that made me want to travel to the Faroe Islands. And to keep my mental health.
